CNC manufacturing

Turning, milling and grinding to your drawing, from single parts to small batches, with tolerances down to IT 5.

Turning, milling, grinding

Our range of services includes the turning, milling as well as external and internal cylindrical grinding of components.

Turning is carried out on two MAZAK Integrex turn-mill centres with Mazatrol control. Turned parts that also require milling are produced on a single machine, as single parts or small batches to your drawing.

Milling is carried out on nine CNC machining centres, most with Siemens 840 D. The largest, a HEC 1250 HV, has a travel of 1,850 × 1,450 × 1,525 mm. We manufacture prototypes and small batches, and we write the CAM programs ourselves.

External and internal cylindrical grinding on the STUDER S 40, surface and profile grinding on the MÄGERLE grinding centre MGC 130 and four Brand machines. Grinding is used wherever tolerances down to IT 5 or very fine surfaces are required.

Quality and precision

Send an enquiry

Inspection takes place during manufacturing, not only at the end. Measurement is carried out on a ZEISS Prismo 7, on request with a measurement report or initial sample inspection report.

Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, with a complaint rate of no more than 0.04 %.
