Design and development
3D design in Autodesk Inventor, simulation and calculation, manufactured and assembled in-house.
Assembly development
Send an enquiryProduct improvement through product analysis: we develop assemblies that we manufacture and assemble ourselves, and improve existing designs from our customers.
Our services include the regeneration of assemblies, a computer-aided spare parts and assembly pool, as well as product analysis and redesign.
For our customers, this results in consistently high component quality with a long service life and reduced costs.

From idea to product
Seven steps from the first sketch through calculation and prototype to production.

Software and workstations
- Equipment
- CAD/CAM workstations
- Autodesk
- Inventor Professional, Inventor CAM Ultimate, AutoCAD Mechanical and others
- Geometry
- 2D-capable, 3D-capable and animation
Designs are production-friendly, function-oriented and cost-effective, because we manufacture the parts ourselves afterwards.

CAM programming and manufacturing technology
We design mechanical, electrical and pneumatic solutions and, on request, redesign entire product groups. Programming is carried out at the CAM workstation, where we simulate and check tool paths before production.
shorter roughing time through trochoidal roughing
Simulation of blanks and tool paths
- Simulation and verification of tool paths
- Collision control
- Determination of machining time
- Comparison of original model and milled model
In-house post-processors and new technologies
- Development of in-house post-processors
- New manufacturing technologies through complex path control
- Adaptive clearing with trochoidal roughing
