Assembly of system assemblies

Assembly of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic precision assemblies, from prototype to production readiness.

Single-station and group assembly

of assemblies are inspected before delivery.

Single stations and line assembly

Our modern assembly area includes both individual assembly stations and a timed line assembly. Depending on the dimensions and order quantities of the assemblies, individual assembly technologies are developed, implemented and continuously optimised.

Calibrated measuring equipment

Modern tools and calibrated measuring equipment are, for us, the basis of an efficient assembly process. All assemblies are 100% tested. For specialised applications, dedicated test rigs can be developed and integrated into the testing process.

Traceable test data

The transparency and traceability of all measurement results and test data obtained is, for our customers, an essential building block for a collaborative partnership.

From prototype to production readiness

The complete assembly process

Our range of services covers the complete assembly process, from prototype to production maturity. Optimisation potentials of the assemblies are continuously identified and analysed together with the design department and communicated to the customer for decision-making.

Assembly is carried out at single stations or in flow assembly, depending on quantity. Every assembly is tested before delivery, in some cases on our own test rigs.
