CNC Setter (m/f/d) – HEC 1250 / CWK 1000

HEROLD Maschinenbau GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Saxony and has been a reliable system supplier to the printing press industry for many years. With over 35 skilled employees and an in-house production share of over 90%, HEROLD stands for precision, quality and on-time delivery.

For our production on the HEC 1250 and CWK 1000, we are looking for a CNC setter who will also guide the CNC operators at the machine.

Your tasks

• Setting up and programming the individual production steps
• Clamping and unclamping the parts to be machined
• Monitoring the individual production steps
• Compliance with the specified production parameters
• Ongoing quality control
• Operating the measuring machine
• Sorting out and blocking defective parts
• Tool changes
• Cleaning and checking the workstation

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial-technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or machining technician)
• Experience with the Siemens 840D and FANUC control systems
• Confident reading of drawings and parts lists
• Quality orientation and teamwork skills
