HEROLD Maschinenbau is a medium-sized company based in Plauen in the Vogtland region. We manufacture high-quality mechanical engineering solutions and place great emphasis on quality, precision and clean workflows.
Your tasks
- You set up CNC milling and turning/milling centres independently, program them, and ensure smooth production.
- You manufacture precise single parts and small batches according to drawings and plans – keeping every production step in view.
- You continuously monitor quality, remove defective parts, and carry out tool changes properly.
- You analyse processes, optimise workflows, and maintain order and cleanliness at your workplace.
Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g. as a machining technician or industrial mechanic) or several years of professional experience in CNC production
- Confident reading of drawings and parts lists
- Experience with Siemens 840d / Mazatrol controls is an advantage, or can be taught
- Quality orientation and teamwork skills
