HEROLD Maschinenbau GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Saxony and has been a reliable system supplier to the printing press industry for many years. With over 35 skilled employees and an in-house production share of over 90%, HEROLD stands for precision, quality and on-time delivery.
We are looking for additional support for our assembly team. In addition to assembly itself, your inspections ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
Your tasks
- Assembly of components and systems according to drawings
- Checking drawings and parts lists
- Monitoring individual production steps and compliance with production parameters
- Ongoing quality control as well as fault analysis with documentation and recording
- Incoming and outgoing goods inspection
- Checking quality standards during ongoing production processes and documenting them
- Instructing production staff in cases of faulty application
- Involvement in complaint handling: root cause analysis, documentation and follow-up together with sales, purchasing, suppliers and customers
- Sorting out and blocking defective parts
- Cleaning and checking the workstation
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial-technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or machining technician)
- Confident reading of drawings and parts lists
- Quality orientation and teamwork skills
